Step Back in Time - Come experience the story of the Endicotts and Reardons and their collections from earlier times. Our museum located at 3036 Shore Road (Route 9) in Seaville, New Jersey highlights life in the region in the early 1900s and beyond. Visit a 1920's home including a parlor, kitchen, dining room, bedroom and children's room. Enjoy exhibits relating to life, work, community and the greater world. Enjoy memorabilia collected by the Endicott and Reardon families for over 100 years!

Our museum is open for visitors on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10am to 2pm from June 1 through September 30. Our address is 3036 Shore Road (Route 9), Seaville, NJ 08230. Admission is free. Special Events Calendar for the 2026 Season
May 19, Tuesday, 2 pm – “Dennisville Inn” - Presented by Michael Conley, local historian, old home researcher and lecturer. Previously a stagecoach stop for travelers from Philadelphia to Cape May located in Dennisville, NJ and now located in Historic Cold Spring Village.
June 9, Tuesday, 2 pm – “NJ in the American Revolution” - Presented by local historian, Robert E. Heinly.
June 23, Tuesday, 2 pm – “Honey Bees in Cape May County” - Presented by local beekeeper, Gary Schempp. Learn about the historical significance of honey bees, local beekeeping tradition, active rescue and Save The Bees initiative.
July 7, Tuesday, 2 pm – “Jersey Girls & The Fight for Independence” - Presented by local historian, Pary Tell.
July 21, Tuesday, 2 pm – “Quilts – Mystery & History” - Presented by quilt historians Merry May and Ginny Cooper. Learn about the types of quilts and quilting guilds, antique quilts and Mystery Quilts.
August 11, Tuesday, 2 pm – “Defenders of the Delaware” - Presented by local historian, Robert E. Heinly who will discuss how the Cape May County area played a strategic and vital role in the Revolutionary War.
August 25, Tuesday, 2 pm – “The Cape May Navy” - Presented by local historian, J.P. Hand. Learn how local privateers became the new nation’s navy during the Revolutionary War.
September 22, Tuesday, 2 pm – “The A.J. Meerwald and the NJ Oyster Industry” – Presented by Rachel Rodgers Dolhanczyk, Museum Curator at Bayshore Center at Bivalve and Museum Board Member. Learn about the history of this ship and the oyster industry. Additionally, Antoinette L. Braca, Museum Trustee and collector will bring oyster plates from her personal collectiion.
All Special Events are Free, but Reservations are required as seating is limited. To make a reservation, please call the Museum at 609-624-0600 and leave a message clearly indicating your name, telephone number and how many in your party.
